Because effective use of technology must be supported by significant investments in hardware, software, infrastructure, professional development, and support services, over the last decade,we as a nation have invested more than $66 billion investment in school technology.
decade ago, access to technology was limited and wiring schools was one of the nation's highest education priorities. Ten years of substantial investments have vastly improved this picture. According to the Secretary's Fourth Annual Report on Teacher Quality, virtually every school with access to computers has Internet access (99%), compared to only 35 percent of schools in 1994,according to the National Center for Education Statistics.

The list has impacted inter-regional activities and its impact on the environment have a positive note is that without i9nvention there will be any manufactured goods.

The list has impacted inter-regional activities and its impact on the environment have a negative note enslavement of African Americans and direct final investment in the system not having infrastructure and would be an easy target without inventions to have a military installations of a country.

Postage Stamp
Magazine
Steam Engine
Refrigerator
Gas Turbine
Light Bulb
Locomotive
Railway
Lawn Mower
Gas Stove

Each of these inventions has had an impact on the environment because in the environment people could use these tools in everyday life. The postage stamp helps people ship or mail things all over the world, magazines are good to read and to see what going on in the world, steam engines are used to explain complex engineering principals and theories, a refrigerator is used for keeping things cool, gas turbines are used to power a turbopump, light bulbs are used for light and are used to see, locomotives are used to push or pull train carts, railways are used for transportation, lawn mowers are used for cutting grass, and gas stoves are used to cook or keep a family warm. If people don’t have some of these things they might not have enough money to afford it and they wont have some of the pros of having these inventions.
Each of these inventions has an impact on inter-regional activities because people could use all of these inventions to their advantage and if families couldn’t afford these things then they couldn’t have them. Having these inventions made it easier to live in Europe.

1. Blast Furnace
This helped to warm people and help them through inclamental weather.

2. Refrigerator
This invention helped when people's food spoiled so quickly they needed a better way to store food so that it wouldn't go bad, it didn't empact the environment much, but these were distributed all over the world.

3. Eyeglasses
This was a positive impact. This helped people see better and once the poeple could see better it effect job descriptions, and work inventory, things like that.

4. The Mechanical Clock
This had a positive effect too. It helped the world know the times it was so people could make it to places on time. They also found out what time sunrise and sunset was.

5. Spining Wheel
The spining wheel had a positive effect on people. It helped to clothe and dress people. Unfortunately so people had to use this invention under negativesircumstances, like under pay work and things like that.

6. Lawn Mower
The Lawnmower had a positive impact. This invention hellped to safely reduce grass amounts. Though the lawn mowers in the begining required a lot of effort in pushing it, and the blades were exposed which is a negative effect, it really was a big help for many people.

7. The Printing Press Of Gutenberg
The printing press had a negative and positive impact. Though this was how newspappers and books began to be printed, sometimes while printing these things negative comments or stories were printed. This caused many conflicts.

8. Gas Stove
The gas stove had a positive effect, it helped to cook our food in a faster way, and to reduce injuries while cooking.

9. Light Bulb
The light bulb was a positive invention that gae a brighter light than candle light. This is when electricity started to make its appearance.

10. Steam Engine
The steam engine was an invention that helped many people and work places.

These inventions helped people and some even helped the environment. Some had a positive effect, others had a negative. Some had both. These inventions were developed in Europe, but were distributed all over the world.
